1:1 content coaching for fitness and wellbeing professionals who really know their stuff, but freeze up the minute the camera's on.

How it works
You get a plan to follow, someone in your corner checking in every 2 weeks, and a lot less overthinking.
Your content is mapped out 2 weeks at a time. Every post comes with a hook, 3 talking points, a call to action, a shot list and an example video to take inspiration from. No blank screens.
Batch film in about 2 hours a week, edit on your phone in whichever app you like, and post 3-4 times a week.
Every 2 weeks I send you a Loom video going through what you've posted, what's going well and where there's room for improvement. Then we talk it all through on our monthly call.
What clients say
Client story
More engagement and more bookings in 2 months
“I've been working with Nichola for around 2 months now, and feel my content has been much improved & relevant to new & existing clients. I've had great feedback from clients, a lot more engagement on my posts & noticed an uptake on client bookings the last 2 months.”
What you get
We talk through what's working, what's feeling hard, and what's coming up next.
A hook, 3 talking points, a call to action, a shot list and an example video for every post.
I go through what you've posted, what's going well, where there's room for improvement, and what's coming up in your next plan. Including feedback on your edits.
So you can see how far you've come, and we can both see which videos are bringing people in.

About me
Content producer, Gold Fin Digital
I've been producing content for fitness and wellbeing businesses for over half a decade, and to be honest, a huge part of my job on every shoot is helping people feel comfortable enough on camera to actually sound like themselves. I'm not gonna lie, I avoided my own content for years, which is a bit ridiculous when you consider I literally produce content for a living. But I realised that the more I put it off, the more opportunities I was losing to work with amazing business owners who inspire me and make me love my job! I'm also a mum of 2 running on very little time, so I know what it's like trying to fit content around everything else.
Questions
No, your phone is absolutely fine to start with. But if you have a camera you'd like to use, or you've dabbled with lighting and audio equipment, we can absolutely optimise around improving your visuals with every new video!
Honestly, that's exactly who it's for. Month 1 is all about getting comfortable, and most of my clients felt exactly the same way when they started.
About 2 hours a week if you batch film.
Yes, you edit your own content, and I'll give you feedback on your edits in every Loom review. You can edit on your phone using any app you prefer. I recommend Edits, but you might already be familiar with something like CapCut or InShot. It's totally up to you what you use.
I can't promise a specific number, because that depends on things like your offer and how often you actually post. What I can promise is a plan to follow, honest feedback every 2 weeks, and content that asks the right people to get in touch.
If you run a fitness, health or wellbeing business on your own, yes. The plan is built around your business and the people you want to reach.
Yes, everything is online and open to anyone, anywhere. Our calls are on Google Meet.
I'll read through your application and get in touch to arrange a quick call, so we can both make sure it's a good fit before you commit to anything. I'll reply within 2 working days.
You can carry on with Co-Pilot Monthly for £250 a month: your topics and hooks each month, a Loom review every 2 weeks, a monthly call, and a new skill to focus on each month, like lighting, audio or editing. Or you can head off on your own with everything you've learned.
And I'd love to help you get there too. There are only 3 founding places, so if you've been putting this off for a while, now's a good time to stop waiting.
